nVisiOn is unlike any other contest conducted for entrepreneurial promotion. It enables people from all walks of life to express their creative ideas on a common platform. nVisiOn offers an opportunity for participants to express their ideas without a business proposition associated with them. The concept behind the contest is to encourage technologies that will impact the future and might not make much business sense now.

The key objective of this contest is to celebrate the achievements and develop the potential of young creative entrepreneurs across the country. We believe it is essential to recognize and highlight their centrality to the development of a competitive and sustainable creative economy.

In the process we aim at sensitizing the talent pool of the country to the opportunities that come from innovation. We invite all the inspired entrepreneurs wanting to do contribute utility to our ever-so-demanding-world. The innovations may vary from creating small utilities and features to creating a completely new program or device depending on one’s creativity and abilities.

nVisiOn aims at fostering innovation without the aim of making a business out of it. The event is open to all those who have an applicable idea, but are unable to realize them or paucity of time/resources or information. The whole idea is to give a fillip to the dormant innovators inside us and foster innovation purely for the love of creativity.

nVisiOn promotes utility innovations that are novel, non-obvious, and useful:

• Process
• Machine
• Article of manufacture
• Composition of matter
• Or an improvement of any of the above items. Most patents are for incremental improvements in known technology; the innovation is evolution rather than revolution.

Through this initiative we welcome all those who have an applicable idea, but are unable to realize them for paucity of time/resources or information. The whole idea is to give a fillip to the dormant innovators inside us and foster innovation purely for the love of creativity.
